Call to Action Element Block

Used to add a named link to another area. This can be done in other element blocks as well, but could be good when used between image or video blocks.

• Title - Adds a Section Header if the “Displayed” Checkbox is clicked.
• Link - Adds a link (text link, file link, external link, etc)
