Form Element Block

Add a form on any page or sidebar in the site. Each form is separate and is not re-used. So if the same form is used more than once, it has to be created more than once.

• Content Tab
  • Title (displayed if checked) - Adds a formatted title above the entered Content
• Form Fields Tab
  • Add Field
    • Choose Field Type
    • Choose Field Title
    • Drag and Drop Reordering
    • Add Spam Protection as the last field
• Submissions Tab
  • Saves all submissions for reference
• Configuration Tab
  • Show on completion - text on completion page. Full WYSIWYG so images, files, and links can also be added if needed.
  • Text on submit button - reads “Submit” by default, text can be changed in this field to whatever is needed.
  • Check boxes for customizing the form
• Recipients Tab
  • Add/Delete email recipients and control options for the sent email subject, reply address, and from address.
